Q. Where is Studio H Salon located?

A. We are located at 16908 SE 269th PL. #108 in Covington.

You can find us right off HWY-18 by Khol's and right next door to Trappers Sushi.

Q. What do I do if I need to reschedule or cancel my scheduled appointment?

A. We understand things come up. We ask that if you know you won't be able to make your appointment, you call us at LEAST 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.

Q. What if I am running late to an appointment?

A. If you know you will not make your appointment on time, we ask that you contact us directly ASAP to let your stylist know. We will do our best to accommodate you, however in some cases there will not be enough time to complete the scheduled service and you may be asked to reschedule.

Q. Do you take walk-ins?

A. We are an appointment-first salon, so we encourage our guests to book their appointments by phone or through our website. You are more than welcome to walk in and ask if we have availability, but we cannot guarantee a stylist will be available.

Tuesday: 10am-4pm

Wednesday: 10am-8pm

Thursday: 10am-8pm

Friday: 10am-8pm

Saturday: 9am-5pm

Sunday: 10am-5pm

Q. Do you offer hair donations?

A. Yes! We proudly accept hair donations for

Locks of Love, Wigs for Kids, and Children with Hair Loss.

Here's what to expect when donating:

• Before Your Appointment

- Hair must be clean, dry, and free of product.

- Minimum length requirement varies by organization (usually 10-12 inches). Let us know who you'd like to donate to, and we'll confirm the requirements with you.

- Gray or color-treated hair is accepted by some organizations, but not all - we'll help you choose the best fit!

• During Your Appointment

- We'll section your hair into ponytails or braids before cutting to meet donation guidelines.​

- You'll receive a customized haircut after the donation.

- If you'd like, we can help you package the hair and provide instructions to mail it, or we can mail it for you!

A Meaningful Gift:

Your donation will help create wigs for children experiencing hair loss due to medical conditions. Thank you for making a difference!
