Q. Where is Studio H Salon located?
A. We are located at 16908 SE 269th PL. #108, Covington right off highway 18 behind Kohl's and next door to Trapper's Sushi.
Q. What if I need to reschedule or cancel my appointment?
A. We understand things come up. We just kindly ask for a 24 hour notice to avoid any cancellation fee.
Q. What if I am running late to an appointment?
A. We will try to accommodate you the best we can. If you are more then 15 minutes late we may need to reschedule your appointment as it may not allow for enough time to properly perform the service before our next client arrives.
Q. Do you take walk-ins?
A. Absolutely! If we have enough time in between guests or services we gladly take walk-ins. We are an appointment first salon so we encourage our guests to book to ensure no wait time.
Q. What is your return policy?
A. We will gladly exchange product up to 14 days after purchase date with the original receipt.
