Our Associate Program is a 25 to 40 week comprehensive hands-on experience that provides training in the areas of technical skills, guest handling, and business development. Our associates work with dedicated service providers to grow into a skilled technician. Like our service providers, our associate program has a performance based level system. There are 4 levels. Each level has specific skill sets that are the focus of training for that level. The salon provides an environment for growth, learning, and support. It is our commitment that every associate graduate from our program with a seamless transition from associate to stylist with the skills necessary for success in our industry. We pride ourselves on our culture of honesty, integrity, trust, and teamwork. We are always on the lookout for potential associates.

If you feel you have the experience and technical skill to join our team as a Level Stylist and do not need the associate program training, please feel free to submit a resume. We will contact you and set up a couple of practical services to evaluate your technical skill and guest handling experience.
Studio H Salon is a Summit Salon and partner of Redken and Pureology.
